Every single time I come to this flow, I m short on time but want a good all body flow. This never disappoints. There s even a pigeon and savasana, which so many short classes leave out.

This is about the um-teenth time I’ve done this one, I was so excited to see it on Day 1. I absolutely love Jackie and Kylie and aunt love this flow. It becomes so effortless thanks to Jackie’s calming voice and wonderful instruction. You will feel refreshed, strong and balanced after this one. Namaste!

I ve done this class a couple times now and Iove it every time. This is a REALLY well-rounded class. Jackie has somehow crammed an hour of yoga into 30 minutes without missing a thing. Flow, balance, twists, hip opening, AND a lovely savasana. So good.

Jackie is one of my favorite instructors so I was happy to see her on the Yoga Challenge schedule. I usually do her Hatha classes but have been planning to try ore of her flow classes. This was a nice intro. Felt like I got a good workout too!

For such a short class, I would have enjoyed a little more variety rather than repeating the combination 3 times, but I did sweat! I also liked the inclusion of some positions that aren’t typically used. Good class!

Not the first time I ve done this class, so that means it s good! If you need some support for pigeon or half moon, make sure to have a block handy. Love all the twists!

This was a gentle and intermediate class. It felt really nice, I definitely felt a good stretch and a challenge to my balance, but I m left wanting a little more- which is a good thing!

5 star s just is not sufficient for Jackie. This class was definitely a "10" by far! Everything she incorporated together was perfect. I always feel like I m dancing when I do her classes. This is my absolute favorite class on Yoga Download! It s my go to whenever I need a quick flow, perfect really anytime of the day. Jackie is such a great teacher. You can always tell the flow is going to change by her voice, so I rarely have to look at the screen.
This is a great way to open up to new possibilities, especially at the beginning of the day.

Did as part of YDL 30 day 30 minute yoga challenge, has been in my favorites but never wrote a public review. Fantastic class, excellent direction. Love all the twists.
This is the perfect 30 minute class. You get everything - twists, pigeon at the end, and a very refreshing message on how to be aware of certain thoughts in order to become more free. Jackie is a clear instructor, and her model for this class is another favorite instructor Kylie Larson. If you have 30 minutes take this class.
AMAZING! Except crow. Still can t manage that pose...
Crow is always a challenge for this advanced beginner but Jackie gives me hope that I ll be there someday.

This is probably my favorite class on Yoga Download. Jackie is a wonderful teacher. She always takes such good care of her students. This class has everything: a good warmup so you don’t feel like you are jumping in cold, a creative flow to make you sweat, and a sweet cool down with pigeon and savasana. Even when I’m spent, I can find the energy for this one. Highly recommend!
This was a great workout for after a bike ride. Really lengthening and I loved the flow. Especially helpful with pigeon at the end.

Loved it! Jackie is my favorite teacher, all of her classes have great cues, awesome sequence and helpful reminders without it being too much talking. Knowing how relaxed I will feel after definitely motivates me to do her classes.

I am returning to yoga after a year break and felt that this was a nice mix of challenging, but not to much so.
Not sure why it took so long for me to get around to trying this class. I am sorry I waited this long. This is a beautiful flow that has already been saved to favorites. Jackie never disappoints!

Thanks so much for this practice. I have to work on synching my breaths with the poses. This was also the first time I did a crow, though Jackie was cuing for side crow, which is out of my reach. So I am patting myself on my own back. It was challenging ,just the right length, and my body has lost the tightness around my core.

This class was perfect for me after a yoga hiatus. The intensity level helped me rediscover my strength and flexibility. A challenging yet accommodating course for anyone in the intermediate range. The side crow pose was new to me and I was happy to find that I had the stamina to free my mind and hold the pose. Jackie is a lovely instructor as always. Adding to my favorites.

Amazing class! Love love love it! For being short it has everything I m looking for. My only very small quibble is the savasana is too short. I m sure Jackie was trying to keep this under 30 min which I appreciate but I just need a little bit longer one to really feel complete. Other than that- the perfect 30 min class!

Another lovely class with Jackie. I really enjoy hearing you acknowledge that we will wobble and may not immediately be able to do certain poses. It was good to see Kylie following your instructions. Your focus on breathing really helped me with balance poses and I felt empowered. I will need to re-view and work on Crow however.

A terrific class. I am used to side crow on both elbows. So I tried it with one elbow and it felt great: more stable and I was even able to kick my legs out to the side. Thanks Jacqui. Your classes are consistently great: well paced, good cues and progressive.
Wow, this is one of my new favorites - some great balancing challenges and "dragon" was a great hip stretch. I will add to the chorus: I wish it were longer, too!

Really good flow class, I still need a lot of work to keep up, but I can see myself doing this class several times a week and it won t get boring or old.
Another excellent shorter class that feels very full in terms of clearing the mind, stretching, strengthening and getting the blood flowing.
Good flow. I m fairly new to yoga and have been doing it at a studio; a lot of these moves were familiar to me. I have never tried The Crow. It will take some practice to master it!
Very good flow. I managed the dancer pose for the first time, but still need work on the crow.
