What a delicious, amazing practice. The Rockin Bhakti series is one of (if not THE) most favourite series. The soundtrack, which is probably beyond Christen s control, is the only bad thing. Thank you, Christen, and please, may I have the words to the beautiful mantra you have at the beginning of class?

I loved this class. So many original and challenging postures! Nice speed of the flow, enough to get you warm but not rushed.

Another great class from Kylie. Felt a lot like the studio classes I used to take in person.. nice message, clear cues… she even knew the adjustments I needed to make at times. Lots of chataurangas!

So I think this has to be my absolute favorite class out of all of Christen s & I love all of her classes. Lot s of chaturanga s, some balancing, & lot s of twist. Beautiful message!

Great class! Amazing flow, perfect for morning. I wish there were more pranayama work in the beginning to help get my breath on track with the flow, I found it hard to maintain the breath in first standing sequences. Also, very sad this ended with savassana! With all the setting an intention for another person, I was hoping to finish the practice with a few moments of seated meditation with the instructor! I did it anyway, but had this moment of wondering if I lost my connection to the internet which took me very much out of the moment.

I loved this class! Wonderful intention and flow. The only reason I didn t rate 5-stars is because the class ends without a closing... just stops in Savasana without warning. Otherwise, another beautiful class by Christen. Thank you!

I love this class a lot! A lot of movement but not too difficult; I had a great workout, calmed my mind, and offered gratitude and wishes to myself and several others I love and miss. Always like Christen s classes for the spiritual elements. Thank you so much Christen!
