Join me for a mandala flow, which is a 360 degree flow touching all 4 corners of your mat, to where it almost feels like a dance. We’ll get right into our warm up postures, move into our sun salutations, and then work through our mandala flow, where we will repeat the movements a few times to link breath to movement.
