This class is designed for you to prepare for sleep, whether you need a short nap or you’re ready to go to bed. This class can be done in savasana on your mat or in bed and will take you through different states of relaxation using a body scan, breath exercises and visualization. Please note that there will be no bell at the end of this class and a timer should be set if needed.
