Strong slow class. It was a little too slow for me (but that s probably why I need it!) but Elise s lovely calm voice pushed me to slow down and focus on the poses.

What a lovely class to settle my evening down after a hard day. The poses were challenging enough to satisfy my body s need for a work out. The long holds and Elise s cues brought me into a place of peace and presence with gentle reminders to stick to it. Thanks Elise

Marvelous intention talk. However the cues for the asanas were not always clear and the transitions were not smooth.

Gorgeous practice for the last day of the year. I have written Tituksha (is that how it s written) into my new 2022 diary - stick with it-ness! I was not only able to accept my own wobble but also the wobble of my internet provision which meant I sometimes held the long poses even longer. Thank you Elise and Happy New Year!

I practice Forrest yoga so am used to long holds. However I did feel that my body needed more of a warm up before getting into the long holds.
