I like metamorphosis flow; slow and ease. I love fast pace powerful yoga too, but my body started saying, "Slow down." I came to realize I cannot keep forcing myself because it hurt myself eventually. This class teaches me what I need now. Be patient with myself while I am changing. Thank you.

Day 8 I did this class after a light weight workout. It was a perfect stretch and it kept my heart rate up. The savasana was an awesome cool down.
