Understanding how yoga works. In this class, Alanna discusses the foundations of what yoga is, in that there is much more to yoga than our asana, or physical, practice. Our asana practice is important because it is a way to create the condition for yoga to arise - but yoga is already there. It is our birthright, and something that is inside all of us. You are already whole, complete and perfect, you just need to remove all the "stuff" that is blocking you from your path. By removing all this blockage, you can achieve your true self with is a state of complete self-confidence and self awareness.
