Nice. Easy to follow. Good variety. Good morning flow. Peaceful. Try for bedtime too... peaceful ending feels great.
This is an intense short class which today I found a bit too quickly into some challenging poses and holds. I did as ever appreciate Keith s calm approach and cuing. I also really liked the peaceful outdoor setting.

Ii have done this class several times but realized I never did a review. Excellent short class, feel great after. Keith has a calming voice, good direction and the setting is so peaceful.

Transitions a bit clunky and not really full body.
I love most of Keith s classes but in this one I find the voiceover instruction distracting as it doesn t quite match the movement. Also, for the "Advanced Beginner" tag I d encourage clearer cuing and more accessible poses—not cuing Warrior 1 as "Virabhadrasana 1," not an EXTREMELY extended time in horse, and no firelog! (My husband is beginning to practice with me and this class wasn t as accessible as I d hoped.) Finally, the flow seemed a little uneven at times. Overall, not my favorite, but I appreciated the incorporation of nature!
While I m. big fan of Keith, this was not my favourite class. While there was a good variety of poses, it seemed disjointed with some poses being held for some time while he moved through others more quickly.

I love this class! I ve been trying to do daily yoga since quarantine started, and this is one of my go-to classes. Just tough enough that I feel productive after, but calming enough that I feel ready for my day.
Really great class! I truly enjoyed it - some poses very difficult to master, some were easy, but there was a nice flow and buildup and effort. thank you for helping me start my day right! and I love the sound of the stream in the background :)

While the natural setting is pleasant, I wasn t a fan of this class. Some of the sequencing and transitions were awkward. It s very intense on the shoulders and the hips with no to little warm up. Within a few minutes, he was in forearm stand! And then a long hold in horse! I prefer a class with a more gentle warm up and more focus on the breath.

I ve been committing myself to a daily yoga practice since the pandemic started and this was a wonderfully thorough yet brief practice that makes my commitment achievable schedule. I especially liked the seated pigeon - yowsa, could I feel it! I liked the slow and gentle pace which still provided some challenging poses. There were some negative comments about the cuing. I didn t find it problematic but maybe that s due to my regular practice. I hardly had to look at the video at all.

Keith always gives you a class that is clear and calm. I love the setting of the Boulder Creek along with the rushing water. You are relaxed from the start. This class gives what s promised - a quick 25 minute yoga class. I left wanting more... but that s all I had time to do this morning so I figured it s better than not practicing. Thank you Keith!

I enjoyed this class tremendously. I found the sequence of poses and the pace of which the instructor guided you through them to be a perfect blend. It left me feeling grounded and ready to face the day. I will be taking this class regularly.

I didn t care for this practice. The audio didn t sync well with the video, which would have been okay if the cueing was better...but some of it was very confusing. It took me several seconds to figure out what was going on with Dancer s pose. Also I like a slow practice but at the beginning it was really too slow--would have been nice to have a few more opening poses with the time allotted instead of the really slow chatarungas.
Sorry this wasn t your favorite. Appreciate the honest feedback, we adjusted the video and audio a little. Hope you give some other classes on the site a try and find ones that suit you better!

Really nice class good clear instructions
Another terrific shorter class from Keith! I particularly enjoyed the dancer sequence.
This class was fine. The instructor managed to fit a lot into just half an hour. None of it felt especially unique or innovative, but my body feels better than it did half an hour ago, which is really the main point. There were a few times when I found his cues confusing, one point where I felt quite rushed to keep up, and a couple points where I found myself simply standing and waiting for the next cue. I still enjoyed the class and would try something else from the instructor, but I won t be repeating this particular course.

This one is brilliant - relaxing voice, strong movements.
While I thought this was a good class in terms of content, I had some problem following the cues. It looked like the students demo-ing the poses also had trouble understanding what to do next as well. Its possible that I just have high expectations from yogadownload instructors as I ve done quite a few audio only classes where the instructors were incredible at verbal cues. This felt more like the cues from an instructor led (visual) course - so it would have been nice if either the instructor was on the video, if the people doing the video demo were more familiar with the flow of the class or if the audio cues were a little better.
Usually I go to the classes I ve got saved but this morning I had a little extra time so decided to see if there was anything new. I m SO HAPPY that I did! Just recently went back to work part time after 10 year s of staying home. After working both Sat. & Sun. my body was very tired & achy. Keith s class is just what I needed to start the new week off right. Very calm & thorough class with just enough to get your heart rate up & some good stretches in.

This is the best quick yoga video. I love the natural setting and the instructor s tone of voice and clear, guiding instructions. The sequence stretched and worked my whole body and felt complete in only 27 min. Many layers of pose options with a good vibe to go where your body wants to. I want to introduce my boyfriend to yoga with this video. It is perfect!
