Simple yet effective short yin practice. I ve been ill and off my mat for over a week. This was a nice way to start getting my body loosened up after an extended rest.

USE A STRAP. Putting it in all caps for my fellow yogis with longer legs and/or shorter arms. This only gets mentioned halfway into the class, after you ve already wrenched your neck and strained your elbows trying to grab where the video says to grab. Sure, my hips feel good, but my whole upper body feels awful now :( Won t be doing this one again soon.

I ve tried some other Yin classes, but I keep coming back to this short but effective one. Basic poses, yes, but they make me feel great. And no weight on the hands, wrists or knees which makes this class an extra pleasure!

Short and effective hip opening. This practice pushed my mental flexibility and getting through the utter annoyance of using the term "juicy" 3 times in this 20 minute practice. Oranges are juicy...juice is juicy...please stop overusing the words yummy and juicy for poses teachers. You have a vast catalogue of terms that actually do help us visualize and align from your training and knowledge instead of dumb, trendy and irrelevant words.

I don’t typically like yin because I find it uncomfortable holding poses so long but I really enjoyed this short class. I did this right before bed and found it very relaxing. Hopefully I’ll sleep like a baby. Thank you.

I ended up doing Day 4 and 5 together because of on-going back pain that had me sitting out yesterday. I loved every minute of this practice. The instructions were clear, not rushed, and felt amazing.

This is the perfect little yin yoga class. You get 3 great supine yin poses on each side (right/left) on your back. Afterwards my hips feel nice and stretched.
