If you ve ever done Jackie s daily decompression classes- this is basically an elongated version! A perfect balance of nourishment and lengthening as well as the mindfulness one needs after a busy day there s no chatarangas, so you can add your own if you wish. Jackie s classes are always invigorating yet nourishing. Thank you xxx

I came to this class to get some movement back into my body after lying around with a cold for 2 days. My congested nose didn t enjoy all the inverted poses, but overall I felt it was a good balance of gentle activity and static stretching. I would come back to this class if I needed some emotional grounding.

Just what I needed. Something that was gentle but not so slow I felt the need to add in. This is what yoga is all about. Doesn t matter what your experience is. This kind of sequence allows you to focus on the breath and linking the posture to it.

This class is better than chocolate. Smooth graceful transitions but with just enough work to also feel energized and calm. Shoulders needed a break and what a vacation it was for them. Great class to energize or decompress but still moooooove.

Great class Jackie! I will revisit it often. I love the flow without chaturanga as I ve had several shoulder surgeries and sometimes I just can t do a lot of the push ups. My body feels relaxed and stretched but not fatigued.

Jackie is hands down my favourite instructor ever! That is not denigrating the other instructors here as I haven t tried them, as I found Jackie on FMTV.com and loved her gentle and encouraging teaching style so much I subscribed to Yogadownload.com, I love getting such a top class instructor in the privacy of my own home. Her encouragement makes me believe I can do it, and her empathic way of communicating allows me to be as compassionate of my mistakes as she is. Thank you Jackie.

Yet another of Jackie s practices that I just love. Clear and concise verbal cues make it unnecessary for me to watch the screen, so I am able to deepen my inner focus and really open up to the breath and the flow. Jackie is most likely to gain the illustrious title of my Cyber-Guru!

I love Jackie s classes. This one was gentle, but it gave a wonderful stretch. The highlight for me was the one minute pigeon per side at the end. Great release. Balances were tree and eagle, and did include warrior 2 and triangle.

Love Jackie s classes! This truly is a gentle flow that gets your body moving without being strenuous. Along with some balancing poses and hip openers, this class is perfect for a rest/recovery day.

Another 5 star class from Jackie. I m coming back from a shoulder injury so, chataranguas are a no-no for now. This gentle flow opened me up everywhere I was craving it. Fabulous!

Great class, I feel really stretched out and relaxed. After being inactive during the holidays I needed to get back in to the routine of yoga and stretch out my body from sitting around so much - this was perfect! I feel fantastic after this class! Jackie leads you through some easy flow, allowing the breath to deepen each pose. The instruction is specific and timely. Not fast at all. Deep stretching. The perfect way to begin the New Year.

Wonderful! Decided to do this class prior to a full day of pre New Year cleaning and it really set me up well. Loved the longer holds of poses and the flows without Chataranga for a change. Felt great and ready to go at the end of it and will repeat regularly.
