Oh Jackie Casal Mahru, you are my FAVORITE teacher. Seriously, this class is divine. I have been saving my download until I finished her yoga 101 series and began to Branch out. This flow is fantastic and I feel light and joyful afterwards. This is going to be a daily class for me. Bless Up~

Jackie is my favorite teacher on YDL. Her instructions are clear and her tone and demeanor help you to focus and relax as you move through your practice. This is a great short class for helping you to clear your mind and ground yourself. Enjoy!

Easing back into my practice after an extended hiatus due to injuries. This was a perfect slow practice to ease me back into balance poses, and considering the brief length of class, it accomplished quite a bit.

The instructor is wonderful and has a very calming voice and the music is soothing. The class is short and sweet and pretty easy.

Definitely another winner by Jackie. Conceptually similar to some of her other classes like Morning Motivation and Get up and Flow in that it eases you into your morning. The moves are basic with longer holds than the classes previously mentioned. This incorporates a few balancing postures which is great for your daily focus and intention. This class can be absolutely perfect if you let it.

Gorgeous stretch AND I managed to balance much better than usual due to the heightened concentration on poses - love it but could have gone on for an hour with this.
