Do you ever feel stuck in the middle of the day? Can't seem to focus on the tasks in front of you? Nice flow, but if you re going to use the Sanskrit names, please learn to pronounce them correctly! It s "ut-ka-tasana" not "uga tasana". It s an ancient language & practice & deserves our respect.
This was great. I really enjoyed this class. Thanks!
Day 22 of the challenge. Nice challenging little flow. Not sure if you could do it at the office though.
Nice flow, good class enjoyed
Short. Actually less than 30 minutes, but this is not easy. I enjoyed this quick short yoga at home :) Thank you.
Good
Nice peaceful, short class. Very easy to follow & definitely beginner friendly. Namaste.
This was a great flow. Don t let the "Intermediate" level scare you - it was a nice warm-up and good flow. Nothing too hard! I ll do it again!
nice alternative to walking on a rainy day! Great workout!
Fab-u-lous!!
Nice simple flow.
This was a great 30 min class I discovered thanks to the Yogadownload email. First, I love that she demonstrated this in a skirt, proving you can do yoga in office clothes! This was a fine balance of stretches and twists with a nice flow series in the middle. Her cueing is spot on - clear, concise, with just enough encouragement without being too "chatty." I like some silence (background music only) in my programs, and although I love a lot of the YDL instructors, I skip some programs because they are too chatty. Good, solid program with a refreshing flow. If you are familiar with most yoga positions and can move quickly with the cues, you will LOVE this. Nice job! I ll be checking out other programs from this yogi!
nice start my day flow!
good flow. Probably a bit tough to do if you work in a shared space as it involves level changes up and down from the floor. But gets the body moving and makes for a great lunch time flow, if your schedule has the time.
