Looking Out - Looking In

This class will help you to focus inward on your own being and breath by looking out and then looking back in towards yourself. Begin with a short meditation to fully ground you allowing you to get out of your head and back into your own body. Then move through a medium-paced flow that includes lots of twists, backbends and deep hip openers. Finish the class with a powerful Savasana complete with guided meditation. This is a great class for those times when you're feeling a bit lost and need some clarity and direction.
