Lunar Flow: Ease Into Evening

Experience a mindful and intentional flow practice to honor the darkness as much as we honor the light. Lunar flow is intended to be practiced in the evening to help unwind your day. Enjoy a slower tempo flow and longer holds in a few deep hip openers like sleeping pigeon. A brief breathing exercise, or pranayama, will be introduced to close out the lunar flow.
