I really enjoyed this class as part of the New Year 24 day challenge. I did feel this helped me connect to my sacral chakra and was the perfect amount of challenging and chill with a lovely warm up period.

Did as part of YDL 24 Day Awakening Challenge, such a wonderful class. I have done this in the past but don t think I ever did a public review. Excellent instruction and a really good flow. Some different moves than the usual. My hips feel so open.

Nice class. Some of the cuing was unclear, so I found myself looking up from time to time. I wish there had been a little more grounded hip opening too. It was Probably won t repeat, but it felt nice to move slowly and intentionally.

I agree with another commenter below. If you usually use a block for triangle, extended side angle or half moon, grab a block before you start.

i can t hold a coffee cup much less stay in down dog as long as this practice required. the pain in the base of thumbs and the swollen knuckles was the only thing i felt, i have no wrist issues just arthritic hands that find yoga more difficult than an insanity workout

This was my first class from Cecile, and I am so glad I took it! I was needing an early morning wake up for my super tight hips, this was a great flow to ease out my snarly Knick’s. Her voice is also very soothing.

This is a good opening yoga probably best for morning or when you want slow but different poses. Changed the flow enough to keep it interesting. Just coming off of a serious hand injury, it did not stress my wrists. She moves from arms to legs enough not to keep it from wearing down your wrists.

I really love the physiology that Cicly points out in her classes - how to stay safe, naming the muscles, etc.- I feel like I m in school again - in a very good way! It has helped me in other classes.

This was a great little class. I took it in the early morning before a full day of work. Flows really nicely and got me moving but In a purposeful way. Cicily cues very clearly and gives some modifications too. My only suggestion: there should babe a block listed as an option for half moon. I didn t bring mine with me and had to pause and go get it when we got to half moon

I had to work overtime this evening, but wanted to do a shorter flow when I got home and this new class was waiting for me -- it was just what I needed. I d call this a power flow that has some very excellent and unexpected opening and strengthening sequences. Loved it. Addicting it to my faves.
