Balance your physical body and mind in this challenging vinyasa flow. Turn your phone off, shut down your laptop, and tune into the present moment. Quiet the analytical side of your brain and lose yourself in the rhythmic flow of your breath. We will begin with some belly up stretching postures then slowly warm and open the body through a vinyasa sequence. When the body is warm, we will work into cow face pose to open the heart and balance the chakras. A thorough cool down sequence will complete the bell curve of this energetic and fun 45 minute sequence.
