Gratitude Training

This class focuses on opening the chest and heart space by mindfully guiding you into dancer several times, half hero pose, full hero and camel. You will spend time preparing your body for these heart openers by not only warming up the spine, but also getting into the quadriceps and hip flexors. As we open up the heart we remind ourselves of all that we have in our lives to be grateful for, no matter how large or small. As we train our bodies, we also train our minds to see how abundant our lives really are.
