Great class! I was feeling tired and tight, but afterwards I feel much more open and awake. Good for sleepy mornings, and I would also do this as an evening class.

great slow flow with just a *touch* of challenge. (standing aplits always make me sweat a little.) kali is someone i havw felt drawn to connect with these past few days, and when i realized tomorrow is the new moon, i knew this flow would be perfect.
