being partially deaf i found the music interfered with understanding the voice in places , which was distracting. Apart from that, enjoyable. Now going to practice the partner flow.. Joyful Strawberry Moon to all.

reading the other review I almost didn t do this meditation but I am so glad that I did!! She has a way of guiding you into the present moment and made it easy to visualize what s needed. Just what I needed this morning, I will definitely continue to do this meditation.

A good yoga teacher doesn t read yoga. She talks to us!!!

A very good routine to help us attune to the full moon flow. Nothing wrong with reading, even a good teacher may not be able to memorize everything! The tone of voice and quality of instructions are way more important, in my opinion.
