This was a different kind of practice, I didn t dislike it but it isn t one of my favorites. The teacher is good, she gives good cues, her voice is relaxing, the topic was interesting just too much talking for me

Day12: I felt so relaxed after this practice. There were a few times I wasn t sure of the cuing. I think I would need to do this class again to get a better grasp of some of the postures and movements.

Wonderful practice to focus on your belly with breath and focus. I ve been practicing yoga for 25+ years so it really felt good to be able to focus and meditate on one area. The poses really opened up areas of my belly that I never have felt before. Definitely will practice this on my mat on a daily or weekly basis...Namaste...

It really helped me feel more connected to my body, and I could feel the energy in my belly as I worked through the breath and movements. I especially loved the part of massaging the belly with the fists. Thank you!

As others have said, this is quite a different kind of yoga practice. However, this kind of yogic practice is important for overall wellness. Very good, clear instruction and I will definitely be repeating this from time to time.

This was different from what I m used to in yoga practices, with much greater emphasis on how the energy within the body affects it. I have been having some digestive issues lately, and my belly does feel more relaxed. As helpful as this was, I ll be checking out Katie s other classes

This was a new type of yoga to me but my (always unhappy) belly is already thanking me. I love when she moved her tank so that you could actually see what her belly was doing - sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words and it REALLY helped me understand. Not sure I would have gotten to the same place without her demo. I look forward to revisiting this class frequently.

Really enjoyed this class! The instructor had a good voice and was easy to follow, the asanas were simple and gentle yet I could feel them working. Loved the focus on breathing and the gathering of prana. I ll be saving this one to use again and again.

As someone who has persistent digestive issues (gluten intolerance, etc.), I need all the help I can get. This practice is wonderful. I really feel a difference afterwards and enjoy the flow. I only wish it were longer! Great practice. Thanks Katie!

Loved this! Usually in a studio class, people are requesting the usual hips and shoulders. Or you re overworking your core, but not taking care of your belly. This is a great addition to your home practice, especially when there are rough work days, and I just can t get to the studio. Thanks for adding this, and Namaste!
