Day 2 for two week challenge!!! This class was alright. A little wordy and some movements were awkward and I didn’t know what exactly I should be doing. Glad I did it tho.

Good class! Used the power of visualization. Good pace but a little long for beginners at 35 mins (15 mins may be better). Plan to do it again. Thank you!

Great day 2 class. Some of the movements were not what I expected but I think that helped me focus more on what I was doing instead of worry about all things going on in life outside of this class. I enjoyed how it got me to be very present in the moment.
