It s Sunday so no work but this practice was perfect! With the New Year, I feel a great stress to be better, brighter and more than just a few days ago. This practice taught me to accept myself and just BE. The same me as last year. Improving with time and grace for myself. Enjoy the practice. Enjoy the day. Enjoy this life. Love Celest! She can "jazz" me up and "calm" me down.

Oh, finally! I ve been trying different classes mixed with ones I found okay in search for my perfect end of day practice. This is it! I found the one. Perfect pacing, original sequence that takes you to that perfect point for that ahhh, perfect amount of time for end of day, not to much crammed in and not to little to need more, pefect instruction with honestly a lovely human who is more accessible and effortlessly more comfortable to connect with than most. P E R F E C T!

This is fast becoming a favourite of mine, one of the classes I ve done multiple times since joining the site. Perfect when you just want to wind down with some gentle stretches and the instructor is so lovely and soothing!

I have been experimenting with taking 30 minute yoga classes and was looking for a sister class to Get Up & Flow by
Jackie Casal Mahrou (also 30 minutes). Celeste s class complimented it very nicely! Now I have something to do in the morning and something to do in the evening without feeling overwhelmed.
I really enjoyed Celeste s creative sequencing. A great class!

Perfect class for what I was looking for. I needed something to get me super grounded and in my body for the beginning of the work week. I ve been feeling overwhelmed and in my head a lot, so this practice was the perfect balance of relaxation and movement to find myself in the space I needed to be. Added this to my favorites to be able to come back to when I need to get grounded and relaxed.

After a stressful and long day at work, I wasn t feeling great so I wanted to do something relaxing. This class was perfect with lots of stretching and breathing. I feel so much better and more relaxed. She did an awesome job explaining the moves so I didn t have to look at the screen much.

I loved this class...one of the great things about it was that it was extremely gentle and restorative, but still a bit active which seemed to make it easier to wind down.

Perfect combination of stretches to melt away tension in all the right places- shoulders, hips, and neck. Class has strategic movements to wind down and a long supported savasana at the end to restore!

Wonderful way to end the day. I was skeptical the first time I practiced this vid, but it is an awesome way to end the day that just doesn t want to quit. Celeste sprinkles the practice with little bits of wisdom that help one reflect on being in the moment, being present and aware of the body. Great vid.
