This is a great leg and butt workout. Short, sharp and effective. My only criticism is that it would be good to have some stretches at the end to loosen quads, glutes, etc. and not just go straight to savasana.

I loved this class. It was so challenging a lot like doing a Tabata class. I broke a sweat doing yoga! I bet I ll feel it tomorrow. My only suggestion is to start a bit slower, I didn t even have time to grab my weights and blocks before it started. Look forward to more!

Five stars for the class but I wish the music was better. Doing a great workout to the YDL elevator music is....not inspiring. Other workout apps figure out how to pay royalties for decent music once in a while; YDL should figure this out.
Caution that some of the moves do put some pressure on your knees if you re not careful--lunges on a block shorten the quad muscle which is a better burn but can lead to stress on the joint if you re over-zealous. I do strength training several times a week so I knew how far to push but just a word for others!

Really good, creative and efficient 30 min. All legs, was sore in hamstring area the next day, usually hard area to get to for me.

That was a quick 20 minutes! I couldn t believe it went by so fast, but I was working hard the whole time. Feel great right now, and I m sure my legs will feel it tomorrow!

My quads are roaring
but good quick intense legs workout with some ab work. Great if you want to give the upper body a rest day.
