Shannon is one of the best teachers. Calm and focused with the clear guidance of her topic of anxiety in mind. No crazy cuing and no distracting music, along with extremely effective breathing techniques. Great class.

Thank you so much! I feel my right shoulder tension release and my anxiety and headache greatly reduced. This class was different and refreshing... I especially liked the breathing at the end... I was craving something like that during the middle part of the class.
Lovely Practice with Shannon
Just what I needed. I resisted but followed through and am grateful for this class and Shannon. The instructions aren t always the clearest but she encourages you to do what you can and be grateful YOU showed up. 3
I found it a bit difficult to follow the class as there were several poses that I was unfamiliar with and the paste of the instructions was very fast paced.
Due to a glitch I could not continue
I felt good after this class, but had a difficult time following her instructions on some of the poses, There were some I was not familiar with.
Day 2! Loved the additional twisting to let go
Great class. Lots of spinal adjustments happened for me during the stretches so that was an added bonus!
Day 2 of challenge helped with anxiety and release the stress.

Shannon said something... “less about precision but more about moving anxious bits out” (loved that!). Also, experiencing asymmetrical breathing at the end of practice was very calming. Thank you.

Some unfamiliar poses made me lag behind but I still enjoyed the practice after a long and stressful workday and would do the class again.
I especially liked the pranayama breathing at the end of the class. Day 2 of the Challenge completed!

Familiar poses done in a (not too) challenging way. I didn’t love this class like I do some others, but I learned some new ideas and did enjoy the breathing sequence at the end.
That breathing technique was really impactful. Different poses than I m used to and with more practice I can see how I d get a lot from this exercise. Thanks!

Day 2 - As I am new to yoga, I missed a couple of the poses but in general it was a nice class.

This Practice has a good blend of physical challenge and breath work. I really like doing this after my Work day and 4 mile walk. Really good queuing from the instructor as well.

If you don’t practice lots of yoga this is one you might want to watch first. I did not always understand what position and movement was a next and so missed some of the poses. I still thought it was a good class especially with the breathing. I may try it again!
What a great class! The first of Shannon’s classes I’ve taken, her verbal cues are very helpful for maintaining proper alignment, and it really helped me go deeper in several poses and stretches.
Loved the breathing technique. Made me feel so much calmer than I did when I started.

My first, but not my last, class with her! What a lovely practice and so needed during these crazy times. Lots of new poses for me and loved the breath work at the end.
This was a very different practice, I enjoyed it.
I appreciated her integration of breath work and strong knowledge of anatomy. Very different from yesterday s practice and I had to remind myself to get out of my comfort zone and be with my body and my breath. Glad to have taken the time and practice patience with myself.
I always love learning new breathing exercises for when I’m having anxiety. I also had an Aha! moment when she mentioned anxiety being held in the psoas. I was having some pretty severe anxiety last week and along with it severe low back and hip pain caused by an unhappy psoas muscle.
Unusual class with some usual poses but it left me stretched out and a bit sweaty. Breathing features prominently. Will do again.

This is a great class for reducing anxiety and still getting a nice workout, especially for the core. I like the breathing exercises at the end too!
Great class!..Just read 2 articles about the CV-19, if you get it....the best thing that seems to help milder cases is very deep breathing.....As you chest feels tight and your lungs fill up---take slow deep breaths, even thru the pain that it will cause...the virus does not like the oxygen...and you get you lungs expanded....BREATH!....Thanks for the class!!!

That was a lot of breathing first thing in the morning, however, it made me recognize how restricted my breath generally is. Sometimes slowing down is the only way to catch up!

Not quite what I was expecting - more active and stronger than I had anticipated. Concentration required to follow some of the anatomical requirements and don t think I got there with the forearms in, shoulder blades widening. I enjoyed doing this class and will do again and try and follow the cuing instructions more actively.
I thought it was an odd choice for a daily challenge practice, but then I realized how much anxiety I had due to COVID-19. Great choice!!

This was something new and hit the spot 100 Percent. The cues were easy to follow and the breathing technique at the end of class was a great way to finish things up.
