Great stretches for the day after a strenuous workout when you re feeling sore. I can see why someone said this is great as a post-hike routine. I always neglect to stretch after that, but this would hit all the right muscles.

Jackie is one of my favoritw teachers - clear concise guidance, very soothing and calming while still inviting you to move deeper. This class is truly perfect for a cooldown, or even just for relaxation and de-stressing. Simple poses, no complicated vinyasas. Really good feeling afterwards.

I like this class a lot.
I suffer from severe post concussive syndrome, and I find it very hard to find classes that I find challenging but safe (as I cannot put my head below my hips much).
This class had just the right mix of challenge but still within the parameters of what is safe for me. While I don t use this as a cool down, but as my actual exercise, I do plan on using it frequently and hopefully someday it will be a cool down when I can do more.
