I am a big fan of these office yoga sessions. This one is really good on the neck and shoulders and I loved the head massage at the end. So much in such a short time and, what s more important, it doesn t feel rushed.

This is a great way to release tension after working for hours at a computer today! I particularly liked the sitting variation on eagle with my head down which I have never done, and it was helpful to release the tension that has been building in my neck. I also liked the jaw massage, sometimes it is simple things that I don t think about that can help relieve tension and stress, thank you!

This class is AMAZING. It alone is worth the subscription cost for Yoga Download! I started to clench my teeth at night when my oldest son (who is a sleep hater!) was born. Ever since, I have struggled with neck tension. I have made lots of progress but sometimes the pain creeps back into my body. This video provides a deep stretch and is enough to keep my pain away! The best video for neck stretching I have found. Thank you so much!

Great little stretch break! I ll be returning to this class. The only "downside" was that it left me wanting to keep relaxing and stretching the rest of my body so it could feel as nice as the head, neck, and shoulders! But work calls...
