I m so glad that I happened to see this class advertised through Facebook this morning and remembered it this afternoon when work was overwhelming me. As a yoga teacher I know I could take a break on my own to practice by myself. But having the structure of this video and the new ideas and encouragement from the teacher gave me the ability to actually do it. Can t wait to see more short yoga break classes like this on yogadownload!
