Had to stop about halfway. Couldn’t do it. Movements weren’t bad. I’m not that into kundalini yoga but wanted to try. Just couldn’t do the you are part of the universe and you’re a beautiful being etc. just not my cup of tea. Glad I tried tho. Part of the challenge I guess?! :)

Great class to start out a practice. Gets you breathing and moving gently. I really liked the instructor. He was light-hearted and funny.

I had a challenging day so needed a break from longer, more intense, classes. Brady is a quirky teacher, he will guide you through circular, expansive seated movements involving spine and neck. Expect some more circling around after getting to tadasana/mountain pose. Lovely, unusual, sequence to begin or end your day or prep for a more vigorous class.

Fun instructor. Great for loosening up in prep for taking on the day or for doing a more advanced class. Doesn t seem to take himself too serious, yet is serious about the yoga in an easy, no pressure style. InformEd me of what the poses and actions were doing for me. Breath, relax, move, have fun with it style.

This really is just a long and thorough warm-up. I could see it being the perfect practice to bring some movement back into your body after a sickness, or any time you don t have the energy for a lot of strength poses or the patience for a lot of long-held stretches. Nice and refreshing!

This class is amazing. I was working at home on a rainy day and felt just like... blocked. No amount of coffee or exercise was helping. This was all I needed. :)

If you are super sore, super tight, and/or just don t have more than 20 minutes, definitely work this class into your rotation.
#BBB - Bring Brady Back! Solid knowledge of alignment, very good cueing, and excellent sense of humor, bringing lightness to the class.
The few poses in this class helped unlock some tension in my hips and mid-spine, so definitely effective. I started in Toes Pose to loosen the soles of my feet during the breathing exercises, then switched into seated/cross-legged for the kundalini circles.
I ll be seeking out more Brady classes, as he is my newest favorite instructor with his solid yoga coaching skills combined with his calming demeanor and humble and humorous approach to yoga.
