Great class Keith, I love the flow and cuing.
I ve taken this class so many times that it s hard to believe I didn t comment but this is my def GO-TO class. Just enough to get you going and feel great.

Just what I needed today. Tried the UpperWall for Day 5; fell out of it; and into this great but affirming practice from Day 3 of the challenge. Thanks, Keith!
My first class with Keith, I loved that it was short yet invigorating and restful and mindful.
Did this for Day 3 of the 2022 New Year challenge.
I m under the weather but this was a fabulous physical meditation. I did this at night and think it s a great end to the day. Opened up my sinuses & my body. Really got me out of my mind and into my body. Would do again. While waking up your body might not sound right at night it didn t wake me like a vigorous class but instead helped to open me to listening to what my body is saying. I feel more grounded and perhaps alive.
Did 5+ mile walk this a.m. so this stretch yoga felt good now.

Day 3 of the New Year Challenge. Just had a flurry of snow here in Orkney (Scotland), so seeing green grass, sunshine and hearing bird song was delicious! A lovely way to start my day. Good, well paced stretches, with a first time for me doing that side stretch with knees at 90 degrees - a very nice relaxed stretch, felt through the body but with no force. Thank you. I shall explore more if Keith s classes.

Day 3 of the yoga challenge. This was a nice calming wakeup class. Keith has a soothing voice and calming manner about him. The birds in the background were wonderful.
Lovely, gentle class to wake up the body. I really like the more natural setting and the lack of background music (except for the birds)!
This was a perfect way to get the day started. I did this class a day after I d had a fever and was stuck in bed, so this is also great for when you re really not feeling well. Thank you Keith!
This class is exactly what I needed today. My body is so tight, especially my hips and shoulders. To the point where I am having trouble just walking. This is a short, slow class with hip and neck openers topped off with some inspiring words. I feel relief in my hips and my neck. Perfect!!! ??

Really great class. Wonderful in the morning for anyone. I am recovering from Covid and this sure helped me fell like myself. Great cueing; "linger in the tight places" was a great one in particular.

Slowly released. I found the muscles and joints that needed some love. And reafirmed that I need to come back to the mat each morning to stretch.Thank you Keith fir puting a slower class together to wake myuscles and spirit and take me into my busy days gently. My husband and I received the Covid vaccine yesterday, and it feels like someone took a baseball bat to my body. Everything aches beyond measure. I needed something gentle and healing. This was the perfect class to get my day started. I still ache, but this is a great starting point. Thank you!

This is a beautiful class. Just centres you down. Slow movement but enough to stretch everything out.
Lovely, gentle morning class. The birds in the background were perfect. I liked that he ended the class with a kind mediation. I also enjoyed the Louise Hay affirmation.

Ooohhh... just finished it and feel great.. lighter and more flexible!!!I haven t been taking care of my body properly and I can feel everyday more stiffness. But this class and Keiths style of guiding you through made me recover that love and attention for my body in a gentle way. I ll be practicing again tomorrow morning for sure!

Loved this class! Keith always gives such a perfect blend of physical cues and mental relaxation. I will definitely be returning to this one when I want a class that is slow and stretchy with just enough energy.

I got up at 3 AM due to insomnia. This was a wonderful way to each into the day, especially since I m always tight in the morning due to my workout regimen! I ll save this one to repeat often, I think my husband may like it too
