Strong Roots for Twists and Side Bends

This class will slow us down so we can connect to our strong foundation and healthy spine alignment in twists and side bends. This sequence will offer opportunities to intentionally lengthen the spine through poses like child’s pose, gate pose, revolved triangle, and revolved side angle. We will end in a grounding head to knee pose forward bend.
