In this Hatha Yoga class, we build up to Eagle Pose. We will do lots of lunges and lower body and balance focused poses while incorporating eagle arms as we work our way into full Eagle.

What a refreshing class. Josey s cueing is precise, using just the right amount of words without adding a lot of distracting chatter. Love the sequence and look forward to moving through it again and again!

Selected this class today to try something new (and based on all the other good reviews!) even though Eagle pose is definitely not my favorite... seems that it was exactly needed today! Great cues, nice sequencing, feeling really good after. Thanks Josey!

This class has been on my favorite list for a while. Why I didn t take the class sooner is my loss. What a great practice! I will definitely take this class again and will look for other classes by the same teacher.

3 months post shoulder surgery (Rotator cuff repair and biceps tendon repair). Great third yoga session - no proper eagle pose but enjoyed the long holds. Thank you :-)

Really enjoyable class with a flow sequence on each side that ends in some final poses on the floor. If you don t like Eagle arms, don t do this class - there are a lot of them! But, it s just what my poor sore shoulders needed!

This was a very nice creative flow. I did it first thing in the morning and it was great for opening my tight shoulders. This class dove right into the flow as opposed to slowly building the sequence, which I liked. After the main flow we did a few cool down poses, and just as I was thinking I could use a hip opener, Josey added one in. Added to my favorites!
