At first, I wonder what does it mean by "Se Star Flow, but when i heard, "Sea Star | Meaningful Words - Sense - Acceptance - Rejuvenate" and the reading, the message reached my heart. The flow is nice and clear. It is easy to follow. I enjoyed this class! Thank you.

A great, smooth flow with a bit of challenge. He is very concise with his words so there s not a lot of the extra talking that usually goes on in yoga classes. It s very refreshing!

I love the introduction to the sea star, slow movement to warm up a bit followed by one time through one of the flows slowly then two times flowing. Another wonderful flow followed and then slow down ...cool down and sweet sweet Shavasana.

Third or fourth time doing this class and I love even more every time. Very effective but accessible - I don t feel like I m killing myself, but wow, what a difference it makes. Always feel so open and calm afterwards, definitely a favorite.

I loved this practice. At first I thought the class was going to be too slow, but much to my surprise it became the absolute perfect flow. For the first time, I felt 100% present; not thinking about life outside the mat. Ben is is one of my favs. No nonsense, no over explaining. I will return again and again.

I loved this class! Nice long restorative intro, followed by a simple and gentle vinyasa flow. The sea star thing is a little silly to me, but I really appreciate that Ben doesn t fill his classes with chittering patter, and simply cues the poses. Adding this to my favorites.

Really nice flow, starts slowly in a good way, then builds to a really nice sequence. 45 minutes went by so quickly! Very clear cues from Ben and I liked the Sea Star message too.

I loved it!! I love the focus on breathing and I really enjoyed the flow of the movements. I was surprised at the level of sweat I worked up, although I was dressed too warmly. But it felt really good and I felt like I worked my whole body. The sea star meditation was a bonus.

Didnt work for me. No direction at start, just had to assume the same position the model was in? Did not feel very slow to me and the music got really weird about five minutes in. Very electronic and not soothing
