At first, I was annoyed with the vin cause I wanted to get into the yin. Then, the yin started and it never felt so good. I loved the poses, delicious holds, and Eric s commentary. You were right, Eric, we needed that vinyasa to start and it was all amazing. Great music from Kevin and always love to see the familiar "models" who really feel like old friends at this point.

This class was excellent and exactly what I needed to support, move and rest my mind and body during a turbulent time. It was as if Eric was speaking just to what I needed to hear. I’m leaving class way more grounded and comfortable within.

The first 20 mins is definitely not yin but it’s fun. I enjoyed the class and I’m in a much better mood now compared to when I started. Yay.

This was a wonderful class. I enjoyed all the inspiration as well as the nice long stretches. I m pretty sure he s my favorite teacher on yoga download because he s such a real person. I m recovering from an injury, so I liked being able to skip ahead a bit when I was warm and still enjoy the rest of the class. Thank you!

Love the class. Really appreciate the positive messages and inspirational teaching. This is what yoga is about-- practicing on the mat to bring openness and peace to life off the mat and to better understand oneself. Can t wait to try more of Erik s classes.

What a great class, perfect mix of yang followed by yin. Loved the butt dancing in chair pose; definitely made that pose a lot more fun. With a wonderful calm voice, and easygoing (but a bit nutty) manner Eric wove several themes through the class. Never preachy, just nice, and his messages really resonated with me. Will absolutely do this class again ;)

Thank you Eric for another great class! I love the comforting, encouraging messages that you bring to each of your classes. Slowing down held me back from practicing yoga for a long time. Once I realized that slowing down was exactly what I needed in my life to bring peace and wholeness, yoga became my passion. This class was an awesome blend of everything needed to bring calm and peace to the end of my day. Very nice Yin class. The warm up at the beginning really loosened up my muscles. The yin postures helped stretch out my hips, which are always a problem. And I like the instructor s sense of humor (dry like mine). This will go in my favorites, and in my download folder on my computer to keep. Thanks.

This is a really nice practice . The Sun salutations warm you for getting into deep yin poses. The music is also quite nice. The length feels perfect.

A couple of drawbacks for me (might not bother others):
1. A lot of talking. Some of it I liked and the cheesy jokes don t bother me (and are mostly in the beginning). But a lot of the pep talk felt really negative. I wasn t thinking about my life being full of regrets when I started the practice ...

2. Some swearing. Silly I know but my 5 and 7 year old daughters like to wander in and out of my yoga space and periodically stop to do part of a routine with me. He only swears a little but enough to make me only do this one when they aren t around.

3. Need someone who is less flexible to model the poses. He has three people in the class, but they really are all very flexible. It would be great to see how some of these poses look for people who can t do them as well. He models that a little bit, but maybe someone who needs props or something. I kinda made up my own thing for a couple.
