I’m glad I tried this class, my first time with Rob. Dancing Dog is a beautiful pose in full expression (which I had not done before-am working towards). This class was a great flow with at times challenging holds. I breathed through it and made it! I will be trying more classes by Rob. Thank you!

This class truly took me out of my comfort zone, as Rob said. -- with variations on familiar poses and sequences. I didn t love being in every prep pose up to the peak, but I feel open in a new way. Excellent class, highly recommended.

Slow start but nice progression and challenging holding of poses. I did get warm and also had some excellent stretching and ab/core. Enjoyed and will add to my favorites.
