I loved this class! It truly is "all levels." I felt confident in the beginning that I could do all poses but as an "experienced beginner" there were many poses I could not. This practice can be repeated many times without boredom because there are so many poses i can grow into. The instructor has a perfect "yoga voice" and one of the three demonstration students did beginner modifications that really helped me visually. Great choice Yogadownload!

I enjoyed it, the right amount of stretching, and movement, not too hard not too easy. great for a friday after lots of tough workouts in the week. This sets my mind right for the weekend!

I love this class for a mid day push when I m feeling sluggish or "stuck". It is a little challenging, but Lauren offers modifications if you choose to take it easy. Thanks!
