You’re so close to the finish line… and this is exactly where it can get tempting to ease up. You’ve already done so much, you’re feeling better, and part of you might think, “I’ve done enough.”

But this is where the real shift happens—when you keep going anyway.

Because finishing what you started builds something deeper than physical strength. It builds confidence. Discipline. Trust in yourself.

Today’s focus: Commitment.
Not the kind that depends on motivation, but the kind that says, “I’m doing this because I said I would.”
Let that guide you today.

And remember—your practice doesn’t have to be perfect. It doesn’t have to be long or intense. It just has to happen. Even a short session can reset your entire mindset.

Level: Intermediate| Intensity: You'll Feel It

This 40 minute Vinyasa is an opportunity to M I X T H I N G S U P ! With a focus on the hips, while exploring mobility and repetition, we will build strength and fluidity through this practice. Think: strength in transitions; exploring range; breathing with the practice. This class is more suited to those who have already been practicing yoga for some time and are comfortable with less instruction and more flowing :)

You only need to choose one class.

*If you're feeling in the mood for something different you can choose any of our free classes on our site (or any other class you'd like!). The most important thing is to show up and get on your mat!
