Bananas are the most important ingredients in most healthy smoothies, as they are loaded with potassium, magnesium and create a thick lining in your stomach which protects your digestive system. Make yourself this smoothie in the mornings and you have your healthy breakfast in a mug!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of pineapple juice (can be replaced with orange juice/almond milk)
  • ½ cup of Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup of mango
  • ½ cup of banana
  • ½ cup of pineapple
  • Some grated ginger
