Pumpkin Spice Green Smoothie
Yields 1 quart

1 cup unsweetened vanilla-flavored almond milk
1 cup filtered water
1 cup plain canned pumpkin (unsweetened) (or fresh pumpkin)
1 banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice
1-inch fresh ginger
2 cups spinach

In a high-speed blender, combine almond milk, water, pumpkin, banana, mango, spices, and spinach until creamy. Serve and sip!
