Great hip opening
This was wonderful! I like how Kristin sequenced the stretches to build, so by the time we did a forward fold I was easily able to go deeper than I had in months, and I could sit comfortably cross-legged at the end. I almost never write public reviews but was so happy with this class! I do note that a couple of times she used the word "here" to describe a part of the body, and I wasn t able to look up at the screen, so it would be better to use more specific words.
