Active Gratitude Flow



This vinyasa class is full of flow including a Sun A, Sun B and Sun C. It's perfect for those days when you really want to move your body and flow.

You can expect to balance a little in a creative sun salutation that will warm the spine and create space in your side body preparing you for the rest of the practice.

Sun B adds in chair, twisting and opening through the hips and hamstrigs with crescent moon and 1/2 splits.

Together we build Sun C combining elements of the previous flows. You can expect a little balance (one leg tadasana), more twisting (open arm lunge twist and revolved crescent lunge) as well and turning to the back of the mat and adding on half moon and a side plank. This class has it all!

We cool things down by opening our hearts in puppy pose, rabbit and camel.

Surrender starts with deer pose as our hip opener and then we settle into savasana.

This class really is the perfect balance of yang with a touch of yin!
