My first class with this instructor. Very effective use of time. I added on about 10 minutes of core and stretching, so I ll look for some of her longer classes. Great quick workout for lower body strength and balance.

It wasn t demonstrated how to use the blocks, but I assume it was for bound chapasana. Will remember that the next time I do this flow.
Very challenging. My hips hurt in the best way, which means I need to make this a part of my regular rotation. Thank you for this amazing fusion flow.

Very nice work in this class. Something a little different. I particularly enjoyed how Annie built the sequence with little repetitiveness. Head to toe firming coupled with releasing stretches. THANKS!
