If you need to unwind after a long day, this class is for you. Whether you're stressed out, or just need a good stretch and to calm down before bed, this practice consists of accessible, deeply relaxing poses, that open your whole body, relax your mind, and leave you feeling calmer. Expect deep breathing, longer holds, postures lower to the ground (no chaturanga), an inversion, and a relaxing experience for your nervous system, mind, and body. If you're feeling stress mentally, this practice will give your mind a breather and if you're holding physical tension, this class provides stretches to relieve your body. Also note, this class can be practiced anytime you want a gentler, nourishing and stress-relieving yoga session (at a time other than in the evening).

Awesome class! I worked out yesterday and this class really brought my attention to places in my body that were tight.
Wow! This whole practice was absolutely amazing, I enjoyed every minute of it. You know how you have that “trouble pose” and all of a sudden, a yoga instructor sequences it just right and it finally, finally clicks for you? I had this exact experience with this practice - Pigeon has always been difficult for me to transition out of, but the immediate flow into Deer pose felt SO perfect! I felt my own personal yoga practice progress tonight because of this class, thank you Keith!

Just what I needed after a long day at work, and commuting in heavy traffic. Keith is definitely on my list of favorite instructors. His poses are held just long enough and he has a calm voice.

This was so good. I didn t realize the 30 minutes had almost past a until he stated "for this last pose".... it was very relaxing.

Wow. What a beautiful class! Cueing was perfect -- voice was calming and I knew exactly where and what I was doing the whole time. He drew me deeper into poses that I ve been doing for many years just by simple cues that helped me connect more deeply to my body. While I usually love music behind the classes, I absolutely fell into this one because it was just his voice -- no distraction. And no "yoga voice" -- he just spoke honestly and clearly the whole time. I will seek out his other classes! Thank you for a glorious experience!

Great stretches. Some poses were hard to hold
This was one of my favorite flows I have ever done. It had a couple challenging poses and I LOVED that aspect of it, it was the most relaxing, engaged flow but also pushed you to do your best. I am writing a YD review on my blog and I will definitely highlight this flow specifically. :)

This was a good class for stretching and relaxing. I ve only been doing yoga for four months now, but there were asanas in his video that I haven t seen before (and I like that!)
Can someone tell me what the prone spine twist he does at 5:20 in is called? I can t find it anywhere else.

I just took this for the same reasons. I ve been so anxious and getting overwhelmed by isolation and living alone. Keith, this practice was absolutely perfect. Just a simple dose of grounding. I ll be revisiting a few times each week.

Loved this class as part of 20 day challenge. Keith is calm and I learned some new twists that felt great! A good wring out to any day and good for morning or evening! Playlist is great too!

This was so relaxing. i truly enjoyed this tonight.
Lovely slow end-of-day practice. After spending so much time in each of the poses I was sorry that Fish Pose was kind of short. So I just held it longer myself. I love supported fish with a block. Nice addition to this practice.
Perfect practice to wind down or restore. Very well-rounded, your whole body will feel great after.
Really slow and calming. Nothing really standing at all and it ends with a great shoulder stand. Keith s cues are focused and clear, but very calm. Really relaxing at the end of a long day. The playlist was nice too .

Just what I needed after a long bike ride. Short and sweet. Nice long holds. Perfect for those days when you might not be into flow or a long class but know you need to do something.
