Another class with perfect pacing. I could keep up (or easily catch up) with the flow, nice moment to ground yourself in crescent lunge or warrior 1 before you bring your arms up. It really makes all the difference.
Time for two wheels too, one of my favorite wake-up poses, but then a legs up the wall to bring you back to calm.
Excellent classes. I wish I had tried these sooner!

Great cuing, really nice combo of flowing and stretching with holds. Did this after a longer run...Was left feeling nice and open, relaxed, and strengthened... definitely yummy lol. Thanks Claire, another great class :)

Yummy yoga - perfect name for this class as my whole body and soul feel wonderful! Starts out building a lot of heat and then a lovely series of floor poses to make my whole being feel ready to attack the day. Great tips given throughout to improve your poses and get the most out of them!

Great flow in this class. It was challenging but also attainable with lots of variations offered depending on skill level. I wish I had a block with me for the supported bridge pose at the end.
When in need of a mind and body tune up, I can always count on Claire! After all of the times I have done a figure four on my back, the small cue of pushing my tail bone into the mat deepened the sensation (in a good way). Thank you!

Loved the flow of this practice. I feel energized and relaxed at the same time. I ll echo another yogi- it seemed to go by faster than what I expected.
As usual, an excellent class by Claire, always a favorite instructor. Her directions are so good I hardly have to look up at all. Good flow, feel great after. The hour went by quickly.

Really hits that sweet spot of strength, yet flowy enough to let the mind go. I loved the legs-up-the-wall (without the wall) pose at the end. (On a side note, I’d love to find out the name of the music you used during savasana!)
