This was just perfect. Best class I have taken on YDL! For me, the pacing was perfect. Nothing overly complex, which let me really focus on each pose. Thank you Claire!

Working my way through the 5-day Yummy Yoga series and this was delightful. This flow felt a little rushed at the beginning but after the first round of sun salutations, things slowed down to a more manageable, mindful pace.
I like that Claire gives time to set up your foundation before coming up into warrior 1 or high crescent lunge -- so many instructors skip over that brief moment on the 2nd and 3rd rounds.

My first go at the intermediate level. As a 50 something I found this very challenging as well as fun. So pleased with myself for completing. Thank you Claire. My confidence is renewed and I will go on to new challenges now. I have had the most dramatic effect from this class so far in all my practices. Amazing thrummings through my body and a sense of well being that lasted through to the next day. I will definately do this class again. Thank you once more Claire. Namaste xxx

Day 16 of the 21 Day Challenge. I loved it! Thank you so much for this. I really liked how you gave great modifications and allowed the choice of the vinyasa or going straight into down dog.
