I absolutely adored this flow. The attention to the breath, the difficult poses intermingled with easier poses, the ab work at the end - I was both sweaty and calm by the end of this, and that’s my ideal yoga class. Thank you, Claire!

really well done class, especially if you came to the mat wanting a strong class but maybe you re a little tired. Claire guides you in a nice warm up easing you into a very nice flow that does open you up and gets the energy moving.

Awesome class! I ve been doing mostly the shorter classes on YD but working myself up towards longer ones -- today was the first day I got close to an hour and it was totally worth it! I m looking forward to the rest of the yummy flows now!

YES!!! I m so happy & proud of myself. I was extremely worried that I wouldn t make it through the full class. I usually stick to the 20-30 min. classes. I ve completed many of Claire s shorter classes & know that she s going to do her best to give you a great yoga session. So, I was a little intimidated. But, very happy I made it (had to take child s poses once or twice) but I succeeded!! Thank you again Claire for another beautiful class. Namaste

Beautiful flow. Claire has a lovely way about her and brings a sense of humour and light heartedness to her teachings which is alway a great plus! Spot on cueing. Loved the pace and steadiness of the flow. Definitely have a yummy feeling now ;)

Amazing sequence for keeping fit and supple for intermediate level. Definitely gets your heart rate up! Instructor has a pleasant voice, not talking at 100mph as some do, so you stay calm and focused.
Slower paced flow that allows focus on alignment. Will incorporate the pigeon breathing into my practice. Namaste.
This is the perfect short flow for a lunch break. Fun and energizing. I worked up a sweat and felt amazing afterward.
For me this was a slow power flow. If it d been given at 1/2 faster pace an excellent class. However I did appreciate all the shoulder openers b/c I think it s important with all the up/down dogs we do.
This class gets every single muscle in the body! Claire s instruction gives you just that - yummy goodness for the whole body. I knew I was strengthening while lengthening the whole time. My new favorite class!

Loved it! Not too hard, not too easy. Perfect to get back into it if you have been out of practice for a while, but have the background.
What a great class, it felt like a very full and complete practice. The warm up was lovely, the flow was a great balance between vinyasas and asanas and the ab work was full on but short, then the final stretches were just what a needed. The instruction was perfect, as I didn t need to look at the screen once to know where I should be.

Love this flow!! Very well rounded and great to practice in the morning. I ll definitely be doing this one again. My hips feel so much more open now and so do my shoulders.

This class is soooo yummy! Claire has a very relaxing and grounding voice which helps you feel calm as you move through this deep and warming flow. The class is sequenced in a way that really allows you to go deep and open up! I got into a super deep standing split and my hips felt amazing after class. Thank you Claire!

This was a great class! Nice mix of flow and balance. Really does give you that yoga "high" in a relatively short class.
The preview doesn t really do it justice. This class is ... yummy! The instructor s voice is sweet and the cues are well timed. I m not a beginner, so if the cues are well done I don t have to pull out of a pose to see what is happening on screen. I was able to feel like I got a good workout, a good stretch, and a centered mind, even a little giggle. This is a video I could do multiple times without getting sick of it too.

The intensity of this class was perfect for an early morning practice. Add an inversion and a couple backbends for a complete practice. Claire is another great instructor for YDL.

Great class! The instructor used clear cuing and had a happy, relaxing voice. The class was challenging and relaxing, with some great stretches I hadn t done before.
This was a good all-around class for strength, balance and stretch.
