Broga: Yoga for Men, is a 5 class program, designed for men (where it’s okay if you can’t touch your toes). These five diverse yoga and fitness classes are accessible to all levels of men, whether you are brand new to yoga, or an experienced practitioner.

Taught my expert teacher Robert Sidoti, the classes in this series are strong, energetic, and challenging. Classes combine the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout. You’ll get that pumped-up feeling you get from working out and a deep flexibility and relaxation feeling from “working in.”

While it may seem that yoga is geared toward women, these classes are unique for the male body and perspective. Yoga has the power to offer men real tools for coping with daily stresses and demands of life. This accessible yoga-based fitness program can also connect you to your best version of yourself: strong, peaceful, guided, internally and outwardly connected, powerful and compassionate from the inside out.
