Iβve been on YD for years and sorry that I hadnβt seen this class before now. Shyβs instruction and cues are excellent. They say you learn something new everyday and I certainly did. I feel like I could move a mountain!

Wonderful class if you re nursing a shoulder injury! It s still challenging without all the vinyasa and is well instructed. I wish there were more classes like this on YDL!

I was looking for something without vinyasas due to a wrist injury and stumbled upon this practice. The instructor is excellent, and his cues really help you find the work as well as remain mindful of your alignment. Downloaded this for future use!

Really great class. Light on the wrists as promised. He is excellent at describing how to move into poses and make the correct adjustments - which I feel is super important when you don t have an instructor physically in the room with you to do that. I learned a lot from this class!

This is a great class; great cueing; long holds; for these reasons,the class felt like a mix of flow and technique. My legs felt like they really got a workout! Shy provides very clear instructions.
