I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised. I usually treat weightlifting and yoga seperately because I have different goals for each. I clicked on this, not really knowing what it was until I was in it. i thought, "fine. I ll try it. I m pressed for time anyway." I have to admit that I enjoyed it. i thought the flows were good
It wasn t to centered on the weights, so you could "feel the burn" without them too.

Frustrated about something? This is the class. Cleans out the frustrations, clears the mind but the bonus is a stronger body...and brain because your not mad anymore. Did I say mad or frustrated....both! What a great class this is...favorite for sure and good if you like gym stuff but also yoga. The queuing is fantastic.

Great early intermediate class targeting all body areas. I like the core strengthening at the end. This is a good class for a day when you re tired and don t want to push too hard. Clear and precise cueing.

Wonderfu workout. Quick moving and great to build heat in great yoga flow and nice strength building routine. I agree with other reviewers that yoga with weights is not always a natural fit, but the instructor created a great routine here.

Though I wouldn t call this an intermediate class, it was a pretty intense workout. Just the right length to squeeze in a good sweat. Not a lot of pauses, just straight to the business. I liked the warm up flow and definitely felt the strength workout, too.

Such a great class! I am just starting to work out again after having my third baby and this is such a great class that is challenging now with the modifications, that I can see it being just as challenging when I use heavier weights. It had a great balance of yoga and solid stretching and strengthening with the weights. I will be taking this class often to start toning up again!

This is a great class. Yoga with weights can be weird but this is a great blend. I really liked the yoga sequence and the abs at the end are killer in a good way. This ones going into rotation!

My new favorite "kick my butt" workout. Starts with a strong yoga flow to warm muscles. Nice core training interspersed.
Have light and heavy weights handy for a series of squats, bicep curls, triceps extensions, and shoulder rows.
Pace is quick, but cueing is EXCELLENT. Make sure you have plenty of room to do some standing side leg raises.
This is a challenging workout that has some great yoga warm-ups, fantastic combination of weight lifting and core, and finishes with abs training and stretching.
HIGHLY recommend for anyone who wants to add strengthening to their workouts.

The class is top notch! You get the calm and centering of yoga and the sweat and strength from weight lifting. Blair addresses all areas of the body so that you have a complete workout in 45 minutes! Awesome.

Great full body quick workout! I like the way she keeps it moving into poses that are different, not getting stuck in a sequence for too long. I used 8lb weights.

Great full body workout and stretch packed into a 40 plus minute workout. She did not use the block and I found 5 pound weights to be perfect while occasionally using my 3 pounders. I would have liked the stretches to hold a bit longer and for her cueing in the beginning warm up to not move so fast as some of the poses were more complex but overall this was a great workout!

Nice, quick, sweaty class. I felt like I got a workout, but it was still a good thing to do on an "off" day.
