Fun, varied and sweaty flow! Not overly challenging, but a solid strong workout in a short amount of time with lovely stretches built in throughout. I d definitely do this again :)

Quick 30 min combination pilates, bootcamp and yoga. Simple moves but very effective. Kristen has some unique transitions. Fun and keeps you moving.

Awesome combination of strength and flexibility. I added a weight because I wanted a little more oomph and it fit in well, but it would be nice to have guidance in future classes about when to use the weight and when not to, because I did find some variability.

I only had 30 min to do a quick yoga session so I fired up this video. Quick pace, loved getting the abs out of the way first. Definitely worked up a little sweat, increased my flexibility and warmed up my core. It was over before I knew it and I feel great now!

Did this right after running, it was an extra work out! I think this is also a good stand-alone class on days where time is short. I really like the Yoga/Pilates/Circuit blend here. The ending is abrupt, maybe to keep it to 30 minutes.

Full body work out. I like that she gets the abs out of the way in the beginning. Kristin keeps it going for the full 30 minutes with the last minute stretching it out. Shavasana at the very end and really on your own. I always like her breath to movement sequencing and straightforward method.

As always, Kristin makes the most of 30 minutes and provides a challenging workout that requires effort and concentration. One completes the class feeling that the goal of making changes in one s body while focusing on the breath has been met! Love it!

It was a rainy day and I wanted to do some form of invigorating exercise - so this was a great indoor option! Kristin s combo yoga/circuit/sculpt classes are perfect if you don t have a lot of time but want to sweat a little, strengthen, flow, and refresh. Lots of core work in this one!
