Flying Pigeon Flow



This class will open your hips, tone your core, and strengthen your upper body as you slowly build to a peak arm balancing posture, Flying Pigeon Pose (Galavasana). You will hold warming balancing postures to prepare you for the peak pose, flow through a creative Sun Salutation B, practice a short abdominal strengthening series, and then explore and practice Galavasana step-by-step. Throughout class Jackie encourages you to stay committed to that which you are devoted to (on and off your yoga mat), while trusting in the process of yoga.
