“Make a move with your mind” I’ve listened to you say that over the many times I’ve taken this class, today, I heard it. You just never know what resonates from day to day. Keep practicing! 3

I loved the class! I am yet get into the full pose, but surely enjoyed the deep full body stretch! The poses were perfectly timed, not rushed or too long. The sequence was creative and felt natural.

This was a WONDERFUL FLOW! A great way to end a 2 week challenge. It was like visiting an old friend while doing Jackies class. She always makes you feel like you re right in the room with her. Thank you so much for an incredibly, inspiring, class!. Namaste!

Although I wasn t able to do the Flying Pigeon Pose at the end, this was still an excellent class. A perfect way to end a two-week challenge. Now I just need to keep doing yoga everyday so I can improve. Thanks for motivating me with this challenge and special thanks to Jackie and Amber for a great class!

I was really able to focus on my breath in this class and loved it! Tight hips can be a challenge in this one so consider doing some extra work before to get more mobility if you have really tight hips like me. Enjoyed this one a lot!

This was a great class even though my hips felt a little tight so early in the morning. It was good work for the whole body and a great reminder of tapas, working and burning while still releasing ego. Thank you for a nice flow.

Great flow. I really enjoyed it however 60 minutes would have easily been achievd if you did the flow just one more time. Possibly included shoulder stand also. I just love being on my mat a little longer.

This class was so fun! I ve only been doing yoga for a couple of months and Jackie is my favorite instructor- I love the message she shares throughout the class, as well as syncing the breath with each pose. I never feel foolish if I m unable to nail a challenging pose and Jackie is very supportive. I have added this to my weekly class schedule!

Excellent class! I love all of Jackie s classes, and this one didn t disappoint. There is room to grow and great modifications if you can t hold all of the poses. I will be coming back to this one!

Wow, my body feels amazing after this class! Great workout for the arms, shoulders, and glutes, yet the flow is so calming you don t realize how hard you ve worked out until the end. The instructions are clear so I barely have to look at the screen and can focus on my practice. I ll be looking for more from this instructor.

Another outstanding class from Jackie. I found the flow engaging. While I didn t get all the way to Galavasana, she gave a modification as you are working there, and didn t make you feel like you were missing something if you took it. With practice and this class, I really think Jackie could get me to Galavasana!

Excellence from Jackie - as always. Unique flows are just right. As she says "None of this is easy" ... but Jackie makes the instruction look easy (although I m sure it s not) - with always just the right cue, and not too much, at the exact moment it s needed. I still struggle with arm balances and first time trying Galavasana I actually got foot off the mat (briefly). I ll be doing this one often.

Another awesome class by Jackie. She never fails to give you what your body needs. She flows thru Warrior 1 & 2; reverse Warrior; airplane, standing figure 4, pigeon and many others. It s challenging yet do-able. I ll be coming back to this class for sure.

Always great cueing and instruction from Jackie. More so than any other instruction is the accurate timing of breath to movement. Don t not try this because you can t fly. I tried and will again.

My new Jackie favorite! Good cueing, excellent prep for the flows, and great flows.
Not too strenuous, but gets you moving and fun practice of flying pigeon.
I add a couple of thread the needles at the end and it is an excellent all-over body stretch and wake-up.

You ll definitely work up a sweat with this one, but you ll love doing so. She has very clear direction on how to improve your poses. Her flows blossom into new moves each time. Very enjoyable!
